Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are based on information provided by the client along with our evaluation of the space.

Final pricing may change if actual conditions differ from what was originally described, including but not limited to square footage, level of buildup, or scope of work.

We can provide general estimates over the phone. On-site walkthroughs may be required for more accurate pricing.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

Unless otherwise stated, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may result in additional fees or service interruption.

Service Cancellation

Cancellation policies depend on the type of service being provided.

For recurring janitorial services, at least 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Missed or late cancellations may be billed.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate details about the space and service needs
• Ensuring access to all agreed service areas
• Securing valuables or sensitive items
• Notifying us of any hazards, special conditions, or restricted areas

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the work we perform.

If there is an issue with service, contact us within 24 hours and we will review and address it. Our goal is to ensure the work is completed to the agreed standard.

Insurance and Liability

JanitorWorks maintains appropriate insurance coverage.

We are not responsible for:

• Pre existing damage not reported before service
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by unsafe conditions or failure to disclose hazards
• Items not properly secured by the client

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on janitorworks.com and take effect immediately.
