JanitorWorks provides commercial cleaning, janitorial services, and construction cleanup across Tampa Bay and surrounding areas. We are growing and looking for dependable leaders to help manage field operations and maintain service quality across multiple accounts.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee cleaning crews across assigned job sites
• Ensure quality standards are met at all locations
• Coordinate schedules, coverage, and daily assignments
• Support cleaners with onboarding and job site training
• Communicate with management regarding site issues or client needs
• Conduct basic inspections of completed work

Job Requirements

• Prior cleaning, facilities, or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple locations or teams
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable attendance and accountability

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time position with consistent weekly schedule
• Primarily evening/night oversight depending on accounts
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience and responsibility
