JanitorWorks provides commercial cleaning and construction cleanup services across Tampa Bay. We work with contractors, builders, and property managers to prepare job sites for final turnover.

We are hiring dependable individuals for construction cleanup and final phase site preparation work.

What You’ll Do

• Remove construction debris and leftover materials
• Heavy dust removal from walls, ceilings, floors, and surfaces
• Pressure washing support (exterior areas, driveways, job site cleanup areas when required)
• Detail cleaning of windows, baseboards, trim, and fixtures
• Vacuuming and sweeping fine construction dust
• Final cleaning to prepare units for inspection or occupancy
• Work on active and recently completed construction sites

Job Requirements

• Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Dependable attendance (project schedules depend on you showing up)
• Construction, remodeling, or cleaning experience preferred but not required
