JanitorWorks provides commercial cleaning, janitorial services, and construction cleanup across Tampa Bay and surrounding areas. We are growing quickly and looking for motivated individuals to help bring in new commercial accounts.
This role is focused on business development and account growth for cleaning services.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and reach out to potential commercial clients (offices, medical, retail, construction firms)
- Build relationships with property managers and business owners
- Present JanitorWorks cleaning services and pricing
- Follow up on leads and inquiries
- Help convert prospects into recurring cleaning accounts
- Maintain basic records of outreach and results
Job Requirements
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, or in-person)
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to manage follow-ups and outreach consistently
- Sales or customer-facing experience preferred but not required
Compensation
